The faculty is not only good in academics but also is progressive in various other activities. They have received many prizes and awards for paper presentations in various conferences and seminars. Teachers have been felicitated by academic, social and cultural societies. Few have been members of Advisory and Organising Committees in National and International Seminars, Board of Studies and Editorial Board in Journals. Faculty is proud that 19 students have qualified various competitive exams (NET, GATE etc.) and are doing exceptionally well in various reputed organizations.
